1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing phttcom at phttcom.net, registering an account, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

• You are not an employee, contractor, or close family member of phttcom or its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had a phttcom account suspended or terminated.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.

One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one phttcom account. Creating multiple accounts – whether using different names, contact details, or devices – is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates may be suspended without notice and any balance within them may be withheld pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. phttcom will never ask for your password through email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact phttcom support immediately. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account until you notify us of a breach.

3 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on phttcom are made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, and bank transfer. No foreign currencies are accepted.

Deposits are credited to your phttcom balance after confirmation from the payment provider. phttcom is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, your bank, or your e-wallet service. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with your proof of transaction.

Deposits are intended for gaming purposes. phttcom reserves the right to reverse or decline deposits that appear to be made for non-gaming purposes or that trigger anti-money laundering review procedures.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal Processing Times

Processed withdrawals are typically credited to your payment channel within the timeframe stated at the time of request. Processing times may be affected by the payment provider, bank clearing times, or internal review requirements. phttcom does not guarantee specific processing timelines beyond what is stated in the account dashboard at the time of the request.

5 Gaming Rules and Bet Placement

All games and betting markets on phttcom operate according to their individual rules, which are accessible within each game section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed the relevant rules and accept the outcome as final once settled.

• Bets placed in error (wrong selection, wrong amount) cannot be reversed once confirmed.
• In-play betting odds are indicative until your bet slip is confirmed. Odds may change between the moment you view them and the moment the bet is accepted.
• phttcom reserves the right to void any bet that is placed on an event where the outcome was already determined at the time of placement, or where a technical error affected the odds.
• Winnings from all game sections are credited to your phttcom balance immediately upon settlement.

You acknowledge that all gaming on phttcom involves financial risk and that outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed by any strategy. phttcom does not promise returns, nor does any promotional material imply guaranteed winnings.

Account-level tools are available for players who wish to set deposit limits, session time controls, or request a cooling-off period. These tools are accessible through your account settings. 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phttcom and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported immediately to phttcom support.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players on the platform.

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their permission.

8 Promotions and Bonuses

9 Account Suspension and Termination

phttcom reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is reason to believe that the terms of this agreement have been violated. In cases of suspension, phttcom will communicate the reason to the account holder where it is safe to do so without compromising an ongoing investigation.

Players may request to close their own phttcom account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance that passes the withdrawal verification process will be returned to the account holder through their registered payment channel.

10 Limitation of Liability

phttcom provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous availability, phttcom does not guarantee that the platform will be accessible at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect access.

phttcom is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical failures, game outcomes, or third-party payment delays.

Your liability to phttcom is limited to the amount of funds held in your phttcom account at the time of any dispute.

11 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of phttcom that cannot be resolved through our standard support process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
